Discover the Region

A holiday between the islands and the Morbihan coast

Near the Mané Guernehue campsite, the Gulf of Morbihan awaits you with all the charm of its islands. Sail away to explore the islands of Moines, Arz or Gavrinis and its cairn. The little Brittany ports of Port Blanc, Bono and Larmor-Baden are also well worth a visit, and are not far from the Carnac stones, facing the Atlantic Ocean. At the heart of the Morbihan region, explore the small sea surrounded by the Quiberon and Rhuys peninsulas before taking a trip to La Trinité-sur-Mer, the paradise for boats and sailing.

A wealth of walks and visits in Brittany

A wide range of walks are on offer along the many coastal paths. The signposted trails are also accessible on horseback, by bike or pony, which is also the case further inland. The hamlets and villages of Brittany are there waiting to be discovered. The Gulf of Morbihan is one of the most beautiful bays in the world and offers visitors a range of excursions, including cruises to Belle-Ile, Houat, Hoëdic and Groix or walks along the streets of Auray, Larmor-Baden and Vannes. From Port Navalo to Port Crouesty, you can enjoy the local seafood, pancakes and cider, among the other local delicacies on sale in the markets.

Unique landscapes of the Gulf of Morbihan

Round off your stay between the land and the sea in Baden, on the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan. Enjoy the mild climate and explore historic Brittany with its sublime landscapes. Further on, discover the varied vegetation, including fig trees, mimosas, palm trees and pine trees around the lakes of Toulvern and Pomper. The Baden and Pont Neuf windmills attract bird-watchers, while the Baden megaliths and the Toulvern cairn always impress our visitors.
